Casey Toft
Mr Casey Toft received his MPhil in the field of Molecular and Cell Biology from James Cook University in Townsville, Australia (2021). His research focused on the bacterial DNA replication termination system involving the Tus-Ter interaction. He is currently engaged in his doctoral studies focusing on the development of novel immuno-PCR and rapid antigen test platform technologies for the sensitive detection of RNA viruses. His research interests concern DNA and RNA-binding proteins and their biotechnological applications.
